Late applications will be accepted only in special circumstances (e.g. letters redirected to their correct residential address) and where there is enough time for the contractor to install a lateral (pipe connection) to the property without us incurring any additional costs. No fee is required with this application.

For approved applications, we will provide a lateral from the main to the approved discharge point (typically the property boundary or an adjacent property boundary). Additional forms are available for anyone who has misplaced their forms.
